Why This Reference Exists
Hooker County has no official public active-warrant roster or self-service sheriff warrant portal in the sources reviewed. A person may find a public case in Nebraska JUSTICE, yet still need the issuing clerk to interpret a warrant event or the sheriff to answer a service or return question. County Court and District Court also have separate roles and phone numbers.
The county’s small civic center makes the offices feel close, but physical proximity does not merge their records. Mullen village code is another source again. These pages explain the route from a citation or case number to the correct office without presenting a private roster.
Research is dated September 19, 2026. A negative finding means the source was not located at that time; it does not say that no warrant exists.

What We Cannot Do
Hooker County Warrant Records is privately operated. It has no connection to Nebraska courts, the Hooker County Sheriff’s Office, the Mullen Village Office, or any state agency. It cannot:
- Confirm whether a warrant exists or provide an official status certificate
- Recall, quash, clear, or remove a warrant from a court or agency system
- Accept bond, fines, costs, or any other payment
- Schedule a surrender, hearing, appointment, or court appearance
- Give legal advice about a specific case or tell anyone what a court order means
- Promise that a phone number, fee, schedule, or public page is current
Only the issuing court can confirm the judicial status of its process. The Sheriff’s Office can address its service or return records. Ask those offices directly.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain a sponsored search widget supplied by an outside provider. An outside company may receive the information entered into that tool, set its own pricing, and return results under its own policies. A referral payment may support the operation of this private reference.
A sponsored result is not a Nebraska court record, a Hooker County warrant confirmation, or a substitute for the clerk and sheriff. The official sources linked in the county pages remain the proper route for a case-specific answer.
